If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All products are eligible for exchange only if they’re kept away from sunlight & heat at all times, failing to do so will lead to the products getting spoilt and your claim will be null and void. All exchanges are on sole discretion of Lime Wood Foodstuff Trading L.L.C., upon verification and confirmation by the management.
You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice is also considered valid)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a month, depending on your card issuer's policies. Exchanges and refunds are deemed valid only if there’s a problem with the product. The refund will be done within 15 days
